Management and training of CRO personnel in developmental and reproductive toxicity testing (DART).
Despite a continual emphasis on understanding and reducing the potential for adverse reproductive outcomes on human health, there is a decrease in the number of individuals who have the training to reasonably manage specialized areas such as developmental and reproductive safety evaluation testing (DART) programs.
SBH has developed a concentrated DART technical training program that requires dedicated time and resources to assure timely completion and validation studies in compliance with all applicable regulatory testing guidelines. Training is continuous and proceeds in a number of phases (details will be discussed).
